These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sale of products offered by Mkomm Nessihat on its website.

 

Price and payment

• Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes.

• Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the site.

• The order is validated once payment has been received in full.

 

Delivery

• Products are shipped after order validation.

• Delivery is provided by the carrier selected at the time of purchase and varies depending on the destination.

 

Pre-order products

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, pre-ordered products will be shipped within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days after the scheduled date, the customer may cancel their order and receive a refund.

Mkomm Nessihat cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

 

Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

To make a return, the customer must contact Nessihat at contact@nessihat.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with their tags and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without prior request.

 

Exchanges - Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the customer will be notified whether the exchange or refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method, and the exchange will be issued within a few days, depending on product availability.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned:

• Perishable products (food, flowers, plants).

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products).

• Dangerous products, flammable liquids or gases.

• Gift cards.

Legal guarantees

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Nessihat to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.

 

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
