Shipping
Nessihat ships its orders to mainland France and within the European Union via Colissimo tracked. The conditions below apply to any order placed on nessihat.com.
1. Service zones (V1)
Nessihat serves two zones in V1:
- France zone: mainland France + Monaco (Monaco being integrated into the European Union customs territory, it benefits from the same rate and delivery times as mainland France).
- European Union zone: 26 other EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Destinations outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, rest of the world) are not served in V1. Progressive opening of these zones is planned for later and will be announced on the site.
Note: French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) are not served in V1. For any specific request, please contact the maison at contact@nessihat.com.
2. Rates
- France zone (mainland France + Monaco): flat rate of €10 (incl. tax).
- European Union zone (26 other countries): flat rate of €20 (incl. tax).
- Free shipping: complimentary shipping on any order with a total amount equal to or greater than €198 (incl. tax), across all zones.
The applicable rate is determined automatically based on the delivery country selected at checkout. Shipping fees are presented before payment validation and billed in addition to the price of the products.
3. Delivery times
- Preparation: two (2) business days from payment validation.
- Shipping: Colissimo tracked by La Poste, with tracking number communicated by email upon departure of the parcel.
- Estimated delivery: three (3) to seven (7) business days after shipping, depending on destination. Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on carrier conditions (public holidays, peak periods, weather).
In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days from the planned date, the Customer may, after a formal notice that remained without effect, cancel the order and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid, in accordance with article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.
4. Order tracking
Upon shipping, an email containing the Colissimo tracking number is sent to the Customer. Tracking is accessible directly on La Poste's website: laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois.

5. Returns
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Simply unpacking the product for visual inspection does not affect the right of withdrawal.

6. Damaged or lost parcel
In case of a damaged parcel upon receipt, the Customer is invited to issue a written reserve with the Colissimo delivery person where possible, and to contact the maison at contact@nessihat.com as soon as possible, ideally within three (3) business days of receipt, attaching photographs of the parcel and the product.
These steps facilitate the handling of the claim with the carrier, without prejudice to the Customer's rights under the legal warranty of conformity provided by articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, exercisable for a period of two (2) years from delivery.
In case of a lost parcel (abnormally prolonged absence of tracking), the maison will open an investigation with Colissimo. Depending on the outcome, the order will be reshipped identically or fully refunded.
